Who's Bummed About My Chemical Romance?

So, if any of you are going to Bamboozle this year, I'm sure you've heard the news: Blink 182 dropped off and is being replaced by My Chemical Romance.  While back in my emo days I was quite a My Chem fan, to say I'm upset is an understatement.  Looks like Bamboozle won't rock that hard this year : (

One of My Favorites

H2O is one of my all-time favorite bands. Awesome PMA hardcore punk. Aggressive while still really positive and melodic.  Saw them on a "Rocks Off" boat concert that went up and down the Hudson and I couldn't have had more fun.

The Love of My Life

This beautiful man right here. His name is Anthony Raneri and he is the lead singer of my all-time favorite band Bayside.  Missed him a couple of times when he came to the island, but I'm going to make sure I get my butt to this show.

Best Long Island Bands?

Just thought I'd put it out there and see if anyone has any opinions on who the best Long Island bands are.  Mine are as follows:

Brand New
Taking Back Sunday (old stuff, obvs.)
Crime in Stereo
The Sleeping

Can't think of any more crazy awesome ones, but I'll give it a good ponder. Also, check this out. Even if you don't like dubbidy dubbidy step, there's no way you can't think this is awesome.
